Extended Care
The Cathedral School Extended Care Program has been established to provide quality and consistent care both before and after school for students of Cathedral School.
The Extended Care Program is sponsored through Cathedral School and therefore operates in cooperation with all school policies. It also follows all regulations set forth by the Child Care Division of the State of Oregon and is a licensed Day Care Facility.
Children wishing to attend Cathedral School Extended Care must be registered in advance. Registration forms can be found outside the school office or downloaded here.
Rates & Fees
Annual Registration Fee
First Child $50 • Additional Child $25
Maximum $100 per family
Registration fee paid through FACTS
Fee Schedule
Morning Care: $6.00 per day
After School Care: $18.00 per day
Morning & After School Care: $24.00 per day
11:30 a.m. Dismissal for Staff Professional Development
A special craft or other activity is included on early dismissal days
All students: $30.00
Late Fees
A $1.00 per minute charge will be applied after 5:30 p.m. A phone call is requested, but the late charge will still be applied to defray the cost of staff overtime.
Dropoff & Pickup Procedure
Parents/guardians must walk students in and sign students in and out daily. Children will not be released to parties, meetings, sports or other activities without prior written authorization from a parent/guardian (signed and dated).
